1 pound hamburger
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup minute rice
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
mix together first 5 ingredients. add 1/2 can tomato sauce and mix. shape into balls. pour remaining sauce over balls. bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
