RICE & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 cup cooked rice
1/3 cup butter OR margarine, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 onion, grated
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

preheat oven to 350 degrees. in a large bowl combine all ingredients. mix well. spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. bake 1 hour.
