2/3 cup soft whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 tbs minced fresh parsley
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey breast
in a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. add turkey and mix well. shape into six patties. pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink.
