1 lb leftover chicken OR turkey, deboned, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1 cup white rice, cooked (OR UNCOOKED minute rice)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
¼ cup butter OR margarine
2 tsp parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot and cook on HIGH 4 hours or on LOW overnight.
THIS CAN ALSO BE MADE ON TOP OF THE STOVE. BRING TO A BOIL, THEN COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 2 HOURS.
