1 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup red wine vinegar
6 cups buttermilk
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (6 oz) can coconut cream
in a blender or food processor with a steel blade, combine all ingredients and blend well.
refrigerate any unused portion.
makes 1 gallon
