SUN-DRIED TOMATO CHICKPEA ROLL-UP

1 high fiber tortilla

2 tbs hummus

1/4 c canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tbs chopped spinach

2 tbs diced cucumber

1 tbs chopped sun-dried tomato

1 tsp feta cheese

Place tortilla on a plate and spread evenly with hummus. Arrange all ingredients inside and roll up.
