BALSAMIC PARSLEY DIP (FOR BREAD)

1 bunch parsley, finely chopped

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1/2 c balsamic vinegar

1/2 c olive oil

1 tbs garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Combine parsley and green onions in a lg bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
