NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER FLAX BALLS

1/4 c ground flaxseed

1/4 c raisins

1/4 c grated carrots

1/4 c quick-cooking steel cut oats

2 tbs chia seeds

2 tbs honey

1/4 c peanut butter

In a med bowl, mix together all ingredients. Roll dough into 1/2″ balls and place on sheet pans. Refrigerate 4-8 hours prior to serving.
