2 (9 oz) pkg frozen French-style green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
dash of salt
2 tbs margarine
1/2 c cornflakes, crushed to 1/4 cup
Using a sharp knife, slice frozen green beans crosswise into 1″ lengths. Put in greased casserole dish.
Mix together soup, milk, and salt. Pour over beans.
Dot with margarine and sprinkle with crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes.
Serves 8
VARIATION: SUBSTITUTE CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP FOR CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP.
